Becker SP Series

Provides a simple and accurate method of applying false signal pressure during initial adjustment of all VRP Series pilots. The pump can provide a false signal pressure of 20%-50% in excess of working pipeline pressure which eliminates the need for nitrogen bottles or electronic calibration devices. The SP Series Setpoint Pump is compatible with all models of Becker VRP-Pilots.

The SP Series Setpoint Pump is compatible with all Becker Pilots including the following:

Features:

• The piston is equipped with primary and secondary o-rings for better sealing and reliability

• The body and piston are made from anodized high tensile strength aluminum

• The adjustment screw is 316 stainless steel with a hard coated insert to prevent the screw from stripping out the threads

Usage:

• SP Setpoint Pumps are utilized for convenient adjustment of VRP Series Pilot setpoint.
• Convenient for Monitor Regulators where pipeline pressure is below the desired setpoint of the VRP Series Pilot.

• Check the setpoint accuracy of any VRP Series Pilot Setpoint

• Can be used with any existing pressure control device that can accept a false signal
