Becker I/P Series
Description:
I/P Transducers provide conversion
of electronic instrument signal to a pneumatic instrument signal for input
to the HPP Series Pneumatic Positioner. The I/P transducer accepts the
4-20 mA analog electronic input signal from the RTU or flow computer and
immediately converts to a proportional 3-15 psig pneumatic signal. The
I/P transducer exhibits minimal response time and is therefore recommended
for applications that require quick stroking times.

| Range
of Product:
Typical Model Utilized:
- Fairchild Model TFXI7800-403E
- Fisher Model 546
- Fisher Model 846
- Bristol Model 9110 (lock
last output capable- SLOW)
Input Range:
Output Range:
- 3-15 psig (standard)
- 6-30 mA (alternate)
Note that most I/P transducers
fail output to ZERO in event of loss of input signal. Bristol Model 9110
allows lock in last position but is very limited on speed of response.
